How LeadHorn works
Leads from your sources land in one list on your phone, and the phone keeps alerting until someone calls back.

Website forms and Zapier
Every source gets its own private link in the app. Point your form builder, Zapier or Make at it, and each submission arrives as a lead. Send the fields name, phone, email and message as JSON or as normal form fields; anything else is kept with the lead.
Facebook Lead Ads
New leads from your Facebook lead forms arrive within seconds. During early access we connect your page with you.
Email forwarding
Forward lead emails (from your website, directories or marketplaces) to your LeadHorn address and they show up as leads. During early access we set up the address with you.

When a lead arrives
- Your phone shows a full-screen alert with the lead's details and a Call button.
- On Android the alert uses an alarm channel that can ring through Do Not Disturb. On iPhone it uses Time-Sensitive alerts.
- It repeats until someone opens the lead. Snooze for 5 minutes when you can't answer yet.
- Quiet hours keep nights calm.
- The lead's timer turns red after 5 minutes, so late leads stand out in the list.
Teams
Add under accounts for the people who take calls, in the app or in the owner portal. The first person on call gets the alert, and if they don't pick it up the next one does.
